We built this complex and we intend to hold it. That shapes how we let it: we would rather place the right tenant on sensible terms than fill a unit quickly and deal with churn.
It also means decisions are quick. There is no chain of approvals between you and the owner — if a unit needs a change to work for your business, we can usually say yes or no in the same conversation.

Finishing complete

Seven rooms on the third floor furnished and ready to operate from day one.
Remaining floors
Held bare-shell deliberately, so they can be fitted to a tenant’s requirement rather than stripped out again.
Leasing open
The building is finished and waiting on tenants. Enquiries welcome now.
